Why Miami Fades

Miami Fades began in Toronto in 2010. Today our barbers serve guests across Yorkville, The Beaches and Ajax with precision, hospitality and care.
We look for barbers who take pride in their craft and their presentation, and who want a brand that invests in them: steady marketing, a booked chair, ongoing education and a clear path to grow.

What experience do I need?
Three or more years behind the chair, with sharp fades, tapers, line-ups and beard work, and a portfolio of recent work.
How is pay structured?
Commission on every service you deliver, plus your tips. We walk you through the full model on our first call.
Full-time or part-time?
Both. Tell us the days and hours you can work and the shop that suits you best.
What is the trial cut?
A paid service on a real guest, about an hour, so we can see your craft and you can see how we work.
How soon will I hear back?
We reply to every application within 48 hours.
