No. Everyone can reserve a single appointment at the regular service price. Membership is an optional way for returning guests to access benefits.
How do I make or change a reservation?
Reserve online at any time, or call Mira, our virtual concierge, at 416-551-1591, day or night. Mira can book, reschedule or cancel your appointment and will bring in our team when you need a person.
Can you help with my Club membership?
Yes. Select Miami Fades Club in the inquiry form and include the name and email connected to your client profile.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving a few minutes before your reservation so your experience can begin on time.
Do you offer private or event grooming?
Private, mobile, wedding and partnership inquiries are considered individually. Choose Private Experiences in the form and share the date, location and number of guests.
